At EQ Office, we empower people with purpose-built workspaces and a single-minded focus on supporting their wellbeing. Our guiding principles have enabled us to adapt to changing needs as we say hello to new faces and familiar ones at our properties this year.
At the corporate and the property-level, we continue to implement best-in-class operations for safety. We always anchor these health and safety practices in the highest commitment to the care of our tenants, guests and our team members. Our properties adhere to guidance from the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and local government authorities.

Health, Safety and Peace of Mind
We watch the latest guidance on the COVID-19 pandemic closely and evolve our practices to meet local regulations and workplace requirements in real time. At every property, we communicate building-specific updates and safety measures to our staff and our tenants. Our teams also maintain partnerships with third-party cleaning service providers and contractors to ensure our properties are thoroughly and consistently cleaned.
Here are more details on our health and safety practices:
Continued cleaning of high-touch surfaces throughout the property.
Sanitization stations located throughout the building.
If customers would like to take additional preventative actions, we can arrange for our facilities cleaning service provider to add in extra tenant-specific cleaning.
We encourage customers to contact their property manager with questions about any of these measures.
You may notice signs posted throughout the building to promote safe practices for our community. Please familiarize yourself with all building signage and adhere to the specified practices.
We continue to follow local guidelines regarding communal facilities. Please contact your property manager for more information regarding the amenities at Hughes Center.
It’s a privilege to provide our tenants with the space for greatness. As we come together, we will continue to put the safety and wellbeing of our community first. Please do say hello and ask us any questions as you walk in our doors. We are always here to help.
